Startup Grind's kick-off event had the honor of hosting CodeStream CEO, Peter Pezaris as a guest speaker in a discussion amongst CEOs with David Hartmann, CEO and Founder of The SilverLogic as moderator.

Peter's inspiring talk cleared questions that founders come across during their journey towards building great companies.

All founders experience hurdles and setbacks. Without having someone to talk to about your problems, the weight can feel unbearable. Not everyone will understand or recognize your effort, but the key is finding THAT someone. In addition to Startup Grind, there are groups like EO that can help. During the evening's discussion, guest speaker, Peter Pezaris was able to offer valuable advice to those hoping to become a successful entrepreneur.
